Rules for participation in the International B2B Travel Exhibition «Tashkent Travel Mart 2024» (hereinafter referred to as the Exhibition)

1. Date and time of the Exhibition: October 29-30 from 08:00 to 18:00.
2. Exhibition venue: «InterContinental Tashkent» Hotel.
3. The Exhibition will be held following the Exhibition Program.
4. Exhibition organizer: Association of Private Tourism Organizations of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as APTA).
5. The exhibitor of the Exhibition is a natural person, a representative of a tourism business entity, who has applied for participation in the Exhibition, confirmed by APTA, and received a confirmation of participation/received an exhibitor badge.

Each company shall be represented by 1 participant, who shall be given an exhibitor’s badge.

6. The participant in the Exhibition from the APTA side is provided with the following:

– workplace, including 1 table and 4 chairs

– a sign with the name of the company and a badge

– placement of information about the participant on the website www.tashkenttravelmart.uz and other information resources

– lunch according to the event program

– a set of advertising and handouts of the exhibition

– gala dinner.

7. APTA will decide on the location of the workplace provided to the Participant.
8. Persons not approved by APTA will not be considered Participants and cannot claim the privileges and rights of a Participant.
9. The Exhibitor shall sign the Agreement on Personal Data Processing.
10. During the Exhibition, the Exhibitor shall wear strict business clothes, behave in a friendly manner, observe the order of requirements at the Exhibition venue, and not cause inconvenience and damage to other Exhibitors and visitors of the Exhibition.
11. The Exhibitor shall arrive at the Exhibition venue 1 hour before the Exhibition and prepare his/her workplace.
12. APTA shall have the right to exclude the Exhibitor from participation in the Exhibition for non-compliance and violation of the requirements of these Rules.
