Rules of participation in the International B2B tourism exhibition «Tashkent Travel Mart-2024» (hereinafter referred to as the Exhibition)
Date and time of the Exhibition: October 29-30 from 09:00 to 18:00.
Exhibition venue: InterContinental Tashkent hotel, Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
The Exhibition will be held in accordance with the Exhibition Program.
Exhibition Organizer: Association of Private Tourism Agencies of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as APTA).
Participant of the Exhibition is a natural person, representative of a tourism business entity, who has applied for participation in the Exhibition, confirmed by APTA and received a confirmation of participation/received participant’s badge. Each company shall be represented by 1 participant, who shall be given a participant’s badge.
Participant at the Exhibition on the part of APTA is provided with the following:
– workplace, including 1 table, 4 chairs;
– a plate with the name of the company and a badge;
– placement of information about the participant on the website www.tashkenttravelmart.uz and other information resources;
– lunch according to the Exhibition Program;
– a set of advertising and handout materials of the Exhibition;
– gala dinner.
APTA will independently decide on the location of the workplace provided to the Participant.
Persons not approved by APTA will not be considered Participants and cannot claim privileges and rights of the Participant.
The Participant shall sign the Agreement on personal data processing.
During the Exhibition the Participant shall wear business clothes, behave in a friendly manner, keep order at the Exhibition venue, not cause inconvenience and damage to other Participants and visitors of the Exhibition.
The Participant shall arrive at the Exhibition venue 1 hour prior to the Exhibition and prepare his/her workplace.
APTA shall have the right to exclude the Participant from participation in the Exhibition for non-compliance and violation of the requirements of these Rules.
