Rules for participation in the International Tourism Exhibition
in the “B2B” format “Tashkent Travel Mart 2022” (hereinafter referred to as the Exhibition)
- Date and time of the Exhibition: May 17, 2022 from 08:00 to 18:00.
- Venue of the Exhibition: HILTON TASHKENT CITY hotel.
- The exhibition is held according to the Exhibition Program.
- Exhibition Organizer: Association of Private Tourism Agencies of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as APTA).
- Exhibitor – an individual, a representative of a tourist business entity, who has submitted an application for participation in the Exhibition, confirmed by the APTA and received confirmation of participation / received a participant badge.
From each company takes part 1 participant, who is given a badge of an exhibition participant.
- The participant in the Exhibition from the APTA side is provided with the following:
– workplace, including 1 table, 4 chairs;
– a plate with the name of the company and a badge;
– posting information about the participant on the site www.tashkenttravelmart.uz and other information resources;
– lunch according to the program of the event;
– a set of promotional materials for the exhibition;
– gala-dinner.
- APTA will independently decide the location of the workplace provided to the Participant.
- Persons not approved by the APTA will not be considered Participants and cannot claim the privileges and rights of a Participant.
- The participant signs the Agreement for the processing of personal data.
- During the Exhibition, the Participant must be in strict business attire, behave in a friendly manner, comply with the requirements at the Exhibition site, and not cause inconvenience and damage to other Participants and visitors to the Exhibition.
- Exhibitor must arrive at the venue of the exhibition 1 hour before the start of the exhibition and prepare his workplace.
- For non-compliance and violation of the requirements of these Rules, APTA has the right to exclude the Participant from participation in the Exhibition.
